Project Management Services

Project Planning and Estimating: Using our vast project experience, we can prepare accurate bottom-up cost estimations for construction projects categorized under material, labor and equipment, including commissioning support, transportation and other project and program requirements, e.g. LEED, health and safety; site security requirements; and local requirements. We also generate resource histograms and cash flow charts to delineate the distribution of expenses and earnings in project lifetime.

Scheduling: We offer Primavera P6 Project scheduling services. We can prepare Baseline schedules and monthly updates based on the contract. During the execution we will monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

Project Status Reporting: We can implement monthly progress reporting systems that track achievement against planned activities to ensure projects run on time, while we can also study the impact of alternative approaches to work. We show the progress summary on website dashboard and update as required.

Proposal Writing: We can compile complete Project Planning Package as per Tender Document, including any required Project Plans, HSE, QC and Environmental etc. We provide support in selecting and placing construction contracts, whether Design-bid-build (DBB), Design-Build (DB) or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). We can provide Constructability studies for options for design, procurement and fabrication of the construction project to identify inefficiencies, and align project design with project budget and schedule.

Design Management: Aligned with the project and client requirements, we can advise on the most appropriate design team or can work with the Client’s preference. We can work with the Design Team to set a Target Cost before the Detailed Design; and update during the design process. We can prepare during the design process, cost estimations, shop designs, constructability reviews and coordination between disciplines.

Tracking Project and Cost: We can submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and the methods for recovery. We can perform periodical Earned Value calculations and do forecasting analysis for the remaining budget. We typically create a Project Portal online and update the project status regularly for the Team’s review, with appropriate data including Gantt Charts, Tasks, Milestone charts, general Status information, Progress Reports, Dashboards, etc.

Managing Project Changes & Claims Analysis: We can provide a continuous monitoring of project scope baseline and provide updated Change Log on Project Portal. Documentation for filing claims and detailed impact analyses are available.

Procurement Management: Meticulous planning of the procurement process is crucial for protecting the project budget. We can prepare detailed Bill of Materials; tracking logs to include material group and building area budget, approval, order and shipping dates. We prepare all documents for customs clearance and exemption procedures. We can update tracking to procurement and submittals on Project Portal with related logs and documentation.
